Since installing Ultrmon, videos don't play on the secondary monitor. Audio is ok. Any one know what could cause this?

If you're using Windows XP or 2000, it might be a compatibility issue with UltraMon's mirroring feature.
You can uninstall the mirroring feature via Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs, select UltraMon, then click on Change and deselect the mirroring feature on the Customize Installation screen of the setup. You'll need to restart the system for the change to take effect.

After making the change, will I have to re-install that feature to be able to mirror again?
In other words, every time I want to mirror I need to change back? And if I mirror and want to play a video, I have to un-install the mirror feature?

If it's really a compatibility issue with the mirroring feature, you wouldn't be able to use that feature on this system, at least not if you also need video playback on the secondary monitor.
One thing you could try is to install the latest drivers for the video card.
