I am running UltraMon 3.0.2 on Vista with two Samsung monitors (27 and 22 inch). Generally works well. One aggravation however is that it does not hold my default Task Bar location when another user in my family logins in and out.
I keep a vertical Task Bar on the right of the smaller (22") monitor which sits on my left and is set as primary. When I log back in after another user has logged on, the Task Bar is always on the larger (27") secondary monitor, often quite wide. SOmetimes it will let me drag it back to the primary monitor. Other times it will not let me move it despite the fact that it is unlocked, and I have to disable and reenable the secondary monitor.

Does this happen with the main taskbar, the one with the start menu?

It happens on the main task bar (the one with the start button). It happens whether I have the smart taskbar feature on or off.

UltraMon can't help with this, this is most likely an issue with Windows.
