ultramontaskbar.exe is running, but no task bar is visible on my 2nd monitor.
Have tried all the registry deletion fixes, restarting and reainstalling multiple time. Still have no idea why its not working.
Help :)

ok, sorry to worry you, it was my fault.
Went through the change explorer.exe etc and i had an extra space on it that i didn't realise was there.
I'm using the latest verion, with vista. But alls ok now, sorry :)
