Hello Christian,
Bit of a bug I've noticed in the latest release. At times when I open IE I get dozens of tabs filling the entire taskbar. It also happened when opening Visual Studio 2005 to work on a website ... saw three "Web Folder" tabs and one "Find and Replace" though no such windows were open.
All these tabs had the system default application icon and when clicked did nothing.
Any thoughts?

Here's a screenshot of the offending issue:

At that point I had Outlook, one IE instance and one VS instance open and that was all.

Same problem, happened a few times now. Not as many windows as Fred though. Also beta 2.
The "Default IME" and "M" windows in the taskbar are not supposed to be there.
