You're actually buying a license for UltraMon 2 + 3, all future 3.x releases are included free of charge.
3.0 Beta 2 was just released a couple of days ago.

Can you clarify the conflicts between this comment about upgrades on your buy page:
"Upgrades
All new releases within a year of your purchase are free upgrades. In addition, all 2.x and 3.0 beta releases will be free upgrades independent of when they are released."
and the statement in this thread:
"You're actually buying a license for UltraMon 2 + 3, all future 3.x releases are included free of charge."
where you state all 3.x releases are free rather than a years worth.

I do not see any change to the text on the buy page! Or no that make my question any clearer.
So my questions are:
1) Are ALL 3.x releases free or just those that occur within a year of your purchase.
2) Is a "new release" 2 to 3/3 to 4 or 3.1 to 3.2?
Either way at your current rate of release no one would ever (or rarely) get an upgrade within a year of purchase - I think you need re-think your buy policy or at the very least completely re-write so it is less ambiguous.
I do think that UltraMon is a great little app and will pay the stated price - I just want to make sure about what I am actually getting.
Thinking about the policy - wouldn't something like all upgrades within a full release are free and upto the next full release if purchased within 6 months seems fair. Or what about a maintainace agreement for a small fee to keep fully current?

Here's the updated text from the buy page:
"If you purchased UltraMon after March 30, 2007, all 3.x and 4.0 betas will be guaranteed free upgrades as well."
