First, my situation: 2 users, single pc XP with fast user switching on.
My account, with a streched wallpaper is administrator. My wife's account has two different wallpapers.
After a clean login when I booted the pc, everything is fine. BUT: when my wife is logged in, and I log in afterwards, using fast user switching, my wallpaper disappears! When I correct this, switch to my wife's account, and again, log in as my own, wallpaper disappears again. I was thinking about a permissions problem, so I created a new wallpaper under the all users section (using the setting when creating a new wallpaper) and the problem was solved! Concluding: It looks like Ultramon has problems with fast user switching setups where not everybody has admin permissions.

My wife's account is ordinary user.

Unfortunately I don't know what might cause this, I haven't been able to reproduce this issue.
Here's how I tested: Windows XP SP2 with UltraMon 2.7.1. After starting the system, I logged into the regular user account. Then I used fast user switching to log into the admin account as well. The correct wallpaper was used for both sessions.
