I am having issues with the compatibility of my ultramon software with townsend analytical realtick software that I am running. Even if I exclude the realtick program from being handled by ultramon, it still has performance issues. However, when I disable the ultramon program, the realtick program does not have the same performance issues. Can anyone recommend what to do in this situation?

This is most likely due to so-called hooks installed by UltraMon, which can't be disabled completely without disabling most UltraMon features, including the Smart Taskbar.
I would recommend giving the next release, 3.0 Beta 2, a try once it's available. This release will handle hooking differently, and should be more compatible, several compatibility issues have already been confirmed as being fixed during internal testing. 3.0 Beta 2 will be released later this year.
