Hi,
I am currently implementing a 60 terminal VDI project and am running into a small problem.
I am using the Matrox Epica serries adaptors in the terminals. The multi-monitor support work fine for everything else, however as the sending display is presented to Ultramon as a single display, therefore I am unable to use Ultramon.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

UltraMon doesn't support this.

If you mainly want to be able to move windows between physical monitors and maximize windows to the physical monitor, you could do this with SplitView or via hotkey and the VMonMaximize/MoveWnd scripts for UltraMon.

As far as I know Matrox also has software which does something similar.
