I'm trying to run multiple monitors on my Inspiron 1501 notebook pc with windows xp and can not get the other monitor screen resolution higher that 1024-768 the other one is also
a LCD screen it runs over 1280-800 win it is pluged in to a desktop PC so I can go highter
the display properties settings will not show a hight setting for this in multiple monitors Is this a hardwere or softwere problum ?
display drivers is (multiple monitors)
on ATI Radeon Xpress 1150
Will your multile driver help ?

UltraMon can't help with this.
Might be a limitation of the video chipset, but one thing you could try is to go to advanced display properties, select the Monitor tab, then uncheck 'Hide modes...'.
