I am using an app called DE CoffeeManager at work. It pops up with regular intervals for a coffee round. After that it should go back to the system tray.
When using Ultramon 3.0b1, it does not return to the system tray, instead it remains as a (dead) taskbar entry.

Thanks for the bug report. This is a new issue in 3.0 Beta 1, should be fixed in the next release.

Not sure if this is the same or if this helps but it seems that my first application on my left monitor (3 monitors) that I open and then close, remains as a dead taskbar item. If I reopen the application, a new taskbar item appears but all works fine. No new 'dead' items.
