This is a problem with 2.7.1 (I can't run the 3.0 Beta because there are too many issues with it). Occasionally I have an App (often Opera) that is on the second monitor and showing up on BOTH the first monitor taskbar and the extended taskbar. Minimising it sends it to the main (Windows) taskbar (and I can see the minimising graphic eye-candy sending it there). Pressing its icon on the extended taskbar does nothing. I have to use the main taskbar and press the button there. Closing the app and restarting it solves this problem, but it's annoying. This is with Vista. (As I said, although the beta is "recommended" for Vista - and since when is a Beta RECOMMENDED for daily work-a-day use??? - I can't use it because it has too many issues.)

That should get addressed in the next 3.0 release as well, there are a couple of similar issues with other applications.
