Im running the beta v3.0.0 and having some trouble. Before i reformatted i was able to do this but now when i have Smartbar on, i want it in my second desktop. The only problem is is that my Windows task bar is in my second monitor. Is it possible to place the Smartbar in the same window as the task bar?

This is no longer supported.
If you want to show tasks from both monitors on the same monitor, I would recommend using a double-height Windows taskbar instead of UltraMon's Smart Taskbar.
You can disable the Smart Taskbar under UltraMon Options > Smart Taskbar.
