when i start up my computer ultramon will stay open until i finish my load then it gives me a windows error and when i close the error screen ultramon closes. i can change ultramon settings until i close the error screen as well. if i try to load it again it imediatly errors.

also i have not changed anything about my computers setup to my knowledge. i was watching a .avi when the error started.

ok... i restarted and messed around with settings while i could (before i closed the error screen) and the only feature i could not access were the profiles. so i un-installed that feature and now it works fine... i would like profiles though unless they are useless then that is fine. but i still would like your input as to what would cause this. i re-installed a few times and it was still a problem.

I'm not sure what would cause this, what happened when you selected Display Profiles from the UltraMon menu?

well, if i have display profiles installed ultramon will not stay open unless i restart and mess with settings before i close the error. if i do that the profiles section will not increase, giving me the options in that section.

Please do the following when this happens the next time:
close the error message, then go to the folder C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Dr Watson and send me the file user.dmp to support@realtimesoft.com.
user.dmp contains information about what caused the application to crash.
Please also let me know which version of Windows and UltraMon you are using.
