Hello,
First, love ultramon, awesome product. I do a lot of desktop themeing, and everytime I reload a theme, all the icons are changed in position. For some reason, ultramon remembers the theme's icon position, not the positions when I clicked "save now". Is their a way to backup the "save now" information in a simple re-loadable way?
Any help is apreciated,

UltraMon also saves icon positions during shutdown, most likely that's what causes the problem.
To disable automatic saving of icon positions, go to UltraMon Options > General and uncheck 'preserve position of desktop icons'.
Saving/restoring multiple icon profiles is not directly supported, but can be done via the registry. See this thread for details.
