A few questions..
I'm using extended desktop WinXP Pro with UltraMon. Works just fine, but I got a problem with Explorer and with links that open in a new window (javascript), the new window opens on monitor one, when I'm surfing on monitor 2. Why?
Also, how do I add a shortcut to folder on monitor 2? When I do, it opens on monitor one. Shortcuts to programs (.exe) works fine, but not this.

UltraMon currently doesn't support positioning child/popup/dialog windows, the position of those windows will be determined by the application.
Unfortunately UltraMon can't position Windows Explorer windows, this is due to how Windows Explorer handles multiple instances. You would need to move the window manually via the window button or with a hotkey.

I forgot to mention that there's a script for opening Windows Explorer windows on a specific monitor: ExplorerOnMonitorX
