How do I transfer my ultramon from my old computer to my new computer without having to purchase an additional license?

You can just reinstall the software on the new system. Make sure to enter your registration information during setup or afterwards, otherwise the software will run in trial mode.
If you no longer have the setup file, you can download it again from the download page.
