For some insanely odd reason, if I set Smart Taskbar on my secondary monitor to autohide AND always be on top (so it hides and reappears like the main windows taskbar), it will sometimes fall behind all the windows on the secondary monitor, meaning it refuses to appear when I move the mouse to the bottom of the screen.
The only way to bring it back is to minimize all the windows on the secondary monitor obstructing the view of it, and the click on the taskbar to give it focus, which will bring it back to the "front".
I can't figure out why it does this, but it only does it randomly.

If you haven't installed version 2.7.1 yet, please try if upgrading fixes the problem.
There was an issue in earlier releases where the UltraMon taskbar would no longer be always on top if fullscreen applications had been open.
Please also note that if an application is set to be always on top, it would be on top of the UltraMon taskbar.

I am running 2.7.1, and the issue is still occuring. Firefox/mIRC will be running, not on top, and the bar will be functioning normally. Then, in the process of closing a program or switching, it'll suddenly disappear behind all the programs.

I'll look into this for the next release, but so far haven't been able to reproduce the issue.
Let me know if you find a way to reproduce the issue consistently.
