Is it possible to move the smart taskbar? I like my taskbar on top of the desktop however I just cant seem to be able to drag the smart taskbar to the top of the secondary display. Any idea how to accomplish this?

Make sure the taskbar is unlocked (right-click it and uncheck Lock Taskbar), then grab the bottom-right corner of the taskbar with the mouse and drag it to the desired screen edge.
