Greetings,
After upgrading from UM 2.6 to 2.7 the 'Move window' and the 'Maximize to desktop' buttons in the Windows titlebar don't function properly anymore. With 2.6 I never had any problems. When I switch the buttons off in the config panel and then back on the work a while. After a while they don't respond to mouseclicks anymore.
I have a PIV-3Ghz, Intel 875 chipset, 2GB Corsair TWINX memory, AIW Radeon X800 AGP, Philips 190V 19" flatscreen.
Regards,
Fred

Do the buttons still get pushed down when you click on them, or do they not react at all?
How long does it usually take until the problem occurs?
What operating system are you using, and if you're using XP or later, which visual style are you using?

The buttons don't react at all. The problem occurs after minutes. I can use them one or two times then they stop responding. I'm running Windows XP Prof. SP2 with the standard skin. I only changed the desktop with a photo of my own.

Fred

Did you restart the system after upgrading? Some users reported having problems until they restarted the system.

Hello,
i have a similar issue: After upgrading to 2.7, some - but not all - windows do not have the ultramon buttons in the windows menu; but they ARE in the windows title bar! Tried it on two machines - same behaviour. Going back to v2.6 - works fine again.
Some ideas ?
System: Windows XP SP2 32bit Matrox QID Pro Graphics card RAdmin software installed (should have no impact)

Yeap,
Restarts didn't cure the issue. Also went back to 2.6.
"Never change a winning horse!"
Good luck with the work on your program, however, Christian.

Maybe it's a conflict with another application, so far I haven't noticed any issues with the window buttons in 2.7.0.
For further troubleshooting, you could run EnumHooks and post the contents of the log file here.
