Hello,
I have a DOS application that I need to run on one monitor, and have my other monitor still be the regular desktop (WinXP). For the sake of this discussion, use the "cmd" or DOS prompt. Whenever I open this and maximize it, it is duplicated on both monitors & I loose my other XP monitor.
I saw some posts about similar issues, but not this particular one. I tried creating a desktop icon and adjust it's UltraMon properties to no success.
I would greatly appreciate any suggestions anyone might have. Thank you!

UltraMon won't help with this, and I'm also not aware of any other solution.
It's Windows which disables the secondary monitors, this in turn seems to switch your video card to clone mode.
