Christian,
Is there a way to prevent a screen saver (which runs full screen e.g. Geiss) from grabbing the keyboard and mouse focus? It also switches off the mouse pointer.
I would like to be able to run Geiss on one monitor, whilst still using other applications on the other monitor.
Any help/comments would be appreciated.

It's possible, but the screen saver needs to have a live preview, which Geiss doesn't.
I have created a screen saver player add-on for UltraMon, you can download it here: ScrPlayer10.zip. The application lets you run any screen saver with a live preview in a window or fullscreen on any monitor.
Command-line arguments are also supported:
"<screensaver>" [<monitor>]
<screensaver> is the full path and file name of the screen saver you want to run. <monitor> is optional: it is the number of the monitor you want to run the screen saver on, in fullscreen mode.
Example:
"C:\WINNT\System32\ssbezier.scr" 2
Let me know if you have any problems with it.

Thanks Christian.
The plugin works, but not with Geiss as you say. Still maybe Mr. Geiss will alter things one day...
