Does Ultramon still disable video overlay on the second monitor?

If so, is it possible to use this software in a HTPC case with a touchscreen where you want to run the touchscreen at its max resolution of 1024x768 while using ultramon to also run the HTPC video output to a tv at 1280x720 or 1920x1080?

Mirroring doesn't disable video overlays by default, but if you want to mirror a video application which uses overlays you would need to check the 'disable video overlays and 3D acceleration' option under mirroring options.

The video mirroring feature of the video card might be the better solution for this, though I don't know if it can deal with the monitors having different resolutions. You would also need to have both monitors connected to the same video card.
