Sorry if this has already been asked but there is no search function and at least 300 posts so far.
What I'd like to do is put shortcuts on each monitor and configure each one separately. A shortcut on the right monitor opens on the right monitor and same with the left. With some programs this works fine; however:
In the case if IE, changing one shortcut changes all of them. I've tried renaming them and it didn't help.
In the case of Windows Exporer, none of the options have any effect. It will always open at last know pos.
Am I SOL?

Multiple IE shortcuts work fine for me, how did you set up the shortcuts?
I created multiple shortcuts to iexplore.exe, then configured the settings on the UltraMon - Window tab so that each instance of IE gets positioned on a different monitor.
UltraMon can't position Windows Explorer, but shortcuts to a folder should remember the window's position automatically.

Regarding forum search: you can search the forum from the main page, this will search in all forums.

You're pretty quick to respond. I found the search feature a few minutes ago (and therefore the answer) and was coming here to amend my post. I had been using existing shortcuts and amending them. No-go.
Thanks.

Did you copy a shortcut which was already customized through the UltraMon - Window tab?
This would result in the issue you had with all shortcuts using the same settings, due to each shortcut pointing to the same UltraMon application profile file.
