Forums -> UltraMon™ -> Display profiles can turn monitors off, but not on.

This isn't a terribly critical problem for me, but if there's a simple solution, I'm curious.

I have several users on my computer, and some of them only use one monitor. I have an UltraMon display profile set up to autostart when they log in to turn off the secondary monitor — No problem, that works fine.

But when I log in afterwards, my own display profile will not turn the secondary monitor back on. In fact, while that monitor is off, when I go to edit my display profile, the second monitor does not show up at all. When I go into my Windows display settings and enable the secondary monitor in there, then it shows up in my display profile, and I have it checked as "enabled" and such, but it seems unable to actually turn a monitor on, just off.

Any ideas?

ATI Radeon XPress video card
Compaq Presario laptop

Looks like UltraMon thinks that the monitor is no longer connected, I have uploaded a test program for further troubleshooting: DisplayPresentTest.exe

Please run DisplayPresentTest.exe and post the contents of the generated log file here, or send it to support@realtimesoft.com.
