I have a machine using Windows XP Pro with SP2 and Ultramon latest version.
Whenever I do a soft log off or if my computer goes into stand-by, whenever I log back in, my programs that were located on the secondary taskbar are now on the primary taskbar. However, when I click on the program which is in the primary taskbar it does still show up maximized in the secondary monitor.
Is there anyway to keep it from switching back to the primary and always have it on the secondary so long as it was on the secondary in the first place?

This seems to be a Windows issue, unfortunately UltraMon doesn't have an automatic workaround for this.
What you could do is save window positions before logging off, then restore them again after logging in. You can do this with the Save/RestoreWndPos scripts.
