You can't add toolbars to an UltraMon taskbar (support for this will be added in UltraMon 3), but you could manually place a Quick Launch toolbar on the secondary monitor, below or above the UltraMon taskbar.
To do this, add a new Quick Launch toolbar to the Windows taskbar, then drag it to the other monitor and dock it on the desired screen edge.
