I often times just do a quick logout meaning all my programs are still running. I have my Excel and Outlook in my secondary monitor. Each and everytime I log out and then back in, the programs are set back to the primary monitor. How can I make it so that they never reset to the primary monitor?

UltraMon doesn't have an automatic workaround for this, what you could do is save/restore window positions manually using the Save/RestoreWndPos scripts.
