I get this error stating that my active desktop is missing or moved everytime I restart windows and Ultramon has loaded. If I take off Ultramon then I restart, but my wallpaper is grossly misalligned. If I click repair, the wallpaper will be fine on both monitors, but my icons are all over the bloody place. If I click "Disable Active Desktop" then I get a grossly misalligned wallpaper AND my icons are all over the place.
Any help would be great.

Unfortunately I don't know why you would get this error, seems unlikely that this would be related to UltraMon.
UltraMon doesn't require the Active Desktop though, to fix your wallpaper after disabling Active Desktop, right-click the UltraMon icon in the system tray and select Wallpaper from the menu. UltraMon will then ask you if the wallpaper should be updated.
