Hey guys well I'm using electricsheep (http://electricsheep.org/) as my screen saver, and I can get it to display on both of my monitors... question is is there anyway I can "randomize" it so that they both don't do the same thing?

UltraMon won't help with this, the screen saver would need to support this directly.

Speaking of electric sheep, I cant seem to get it to work on both monitors. It appears to have a working preview mode, and I have everything configured properly in Windows Display Properties.

Is UltraMon set as your screen saver in Display Properties > Screen Saver, and the UltraMon screen saver is configured to show electricsheep on both monitors?

Yes.

Unfortunately I don't know what might cause this, works fine for me.

I tested with UltraMon 2.6 and electric sheep 2.6.5 on Windows XP SP2.

Preview mode wasn't enabled for the screen saver on the primary monitor, with this option enabled the screen saver on the secondary monitor displayed the 'downloading...' message instead of running normally.
