I wish to add a toolbar I use to the taskbar in the second monitor. Just so I can clear space in my taskbar on 1st monitor. Is this possible and if so how?

Currently that's not supported.
Support for toolbars will be in UltraMon 3, but please note that not all toolbars will work with UltraMon.
