I'm currently using Ultramon 2.6 (2.6.23.0).
Switching Windows XP user accounts without logging off (windows key + L) causes the icons on the second monitor to shift over to monitor 1. Icons become locked onto the primary monitor. Both user accounts have ultramon running. Here is a breakdown of what happens:
Log into account A (A second user needs to use the computer. Not wanting to close open apps I press Windows Key + L)
Log into account B
Then log off account B and return to account A
All icons that were originally on monitor 2 get shifted over to monitor 1.
All icons are not locked onto monitor 1
I tried using the restore position option but it doesn't work.

This seems to be a Windows issue, after switching users you can no longer move desktop icons to a secondary monitor, not even manually with the mouse.
