After installing Ultramon and rebooting, many of actively monitored program icons do not show up in the system tray toolbar. Also, Ultrmon displays an error at re-boot that it could not load the ultramon icon/interface into the system tray. Ultramon will run if I start it from the program menu. Using Windows XP Home. Any ideas?

This usually happens if the shell (explorer.exe) takes a long time to initialize, it seems unlikely that UltraMon would have any effect on this. Delaying UltraMon startup will fix the error message you get. To do this, run regedit.exe, go to the key 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Realtime Soft\UltraMon', double-click on the AutoStartDelay value, select Decimal, then enter the number of seconds by which automatic startup should be delayed. I would try a value of 10-20 seconds.
