by default when i scroll mouse all the way to the right it will jump to the next monitor (which is on the left) The cable is short so i dont want to move the 2nd monitor. Is there a way i can make the mouse scroll to the left then jump the the next monitor ?

You can rearrange the monitors in display settings by dragging them around with the mouse. It's a Windows feature btw...

You can also do the same via UltraMon, right-click the UltraMon icon in the system tray and select Display Settings from the menu.
