I have my Outlook 2003 set to minimize to the system tray. When I minimize it I get the icon in the sys tray like I should but it also stays on the Smart Taskbar of the screen it was on. I have other apps that minimize to the sys tray and work fine. Any ideas?

Make sure you have the latest version of UltraMon, 2.6.
I tested with UltraMon 2.6 on Windows XP SP2, mimize to tray with Outlook 2003 worked fine, the taskbar button got removed when minimizing Outlook.

I have 2.6.23 but have not registered it yet. Testing until I know it works.

Unfortunately I don't know what might cause this, I couldn't reproduce the issue on a similar system.
If you find out anything else, for example it only happens if some other application is running as well, let me know and I'll look into it.

This happens to me too. When I minimize Outlook 2003, the taskbar button is supposed to disappear and there should be an Outlook 2003 icon in the system tray. However, when Outlook 2003's taskbar button is in the smart taskbar and I minimize Outlook 2003, it's taskbar button stays in the smart taskbar and it still has it's system tray icon.
