I was trying to associate a script with the hotkey combo listed in the title, but entering this combo instantly drops my windows display to 640x480 resolution. Any idea why this is happening? I haven't set up hotkeys in any other program that may be running in the background - I have hydravision loaded, but that combo isn't in that. Is it an ultramon combo?

UltraMon has no predefined hotkeys, what happens if you press CTRL+SHIFT+F11 without assigning it to an UltraMon action?
Most likely the hotkey is either used by another application, or there is some sort of problem with the script.
