Hiho, im having some trouble getting ultramon to work as I want.
Is there a way to make " ultramon - display " to affect .exe files, instead of just the shortcuts ? it would REALLY make my day

Applying display settings when a specified application starts running is not supported, you would need to launch the application via an UltraMon shortcut.
Please let me know why the shortcut method doesn't work for you, there might be a way to do what you want with a custom script.

ok, here's the deal. Im building my own htpc system, wich should contain all my psxgames (iso files mainly). But, im to cheap ;) to buy a seperate PC for this htpc, so im using my allround computer to this, nad runs the htpc on the secondary screen, works like a charm. Back to the real problem, to make the games work as i want ( autoload when I hit a shortcut to the emulator, and then start up on the secondary screen )
1st step: Getting a game to autoload! this wasn't very hard, all I had to do was to make a shortcut to the emulator, fine. Then - getting the game to load in fullscreen when I hit the shortcut, I had to modify it a bit - in properties/target i wrote -loadbin . And look, its working - on the wrong screen.
2nd step: put the emulatorwindow to the 2nd screen My first thought was - no problem, Ultramon will get this. but oh'no when I activate 'ultramon - display ' to temporary set the secondary screen to the primary, it messes up the target oh the shortcut!
whoa, I think I covered the whole story here, something to read for you guys ;). Anyway, im using GF4600 as my TVoutcard, if it is of any interest.

Command-line arguments should work fine, please try creating the shortcut manually.
To do this, right-click on the UltraMon icon in the system tray and select Shortcuts > New Shortcut from the menu.
If you customize an existing shortcut, UltraMon rewrites the shortcut target, but the original target (including arguments) will get preserved and are used to launch the application.
