I'm using Ultramon 2.6 (downloaded on 19 Jun 05). The primary monitor resolution is 1600x1200 & the secondary monitor resolution is 1280X1024.
When the Smart Taskbar is set to Auto-Hide mode & a window is maximized in the secondary window, the Smart Taskbar cannot be unhidden even when the mouse cursor is pointed to the bottom of the screen.
