After playing a game of Bladur's Gate for the first time since installing Ultramon I went back into windows and the smart task bar for the second monitor is stuck on the top. I have tried dragging it back to the bottom of the screen but it won't move. It's not locked either. I tried restarting Ultramon and even restarting my computer but it always ends up on top. Is there any way to get the smart taskbar back to the bottom of the screen?

You should be able to move the taskbar by grabbing the bottom-right corner of the taskbar with the mouse and dragging it to the desired screen edge.
If this doesn't work, I would recommend letting UltraMon create a new default Smart Taskbar configuration, see the support page for more on this.
