Can I put a taskbar on the second monitor bar? I am able to unlock and to autohide it, but no axtra bar?
Is there an extra tool available for it?

Would you want to add a toolbar, such as Quick Launch, to the UltraMon taskbar on the secondary monitor?
That's currently not supported. This feature is planned for UltraMon 3.

Work on Beta 1 has started, but it's too early for a release date.
What you could already do is put a Quick Launch or other toolbar on the secondary monitor, with the UltraMon taskbar on top of it. I do this on my own system in order to have a Quick Launch toolbar on the second monitor.
To put a toolbar on a secondary monitor, add the toolbar to the Windows taskbar first, then grab it with the mouse and drop it onto the desktop on the secondary monitor. You can then dock it on one of the monitor edges.

Just saw this message and thought it would be appropriate to ask if there was any way to have the UltraMon profiles (or scritable features) not only move the Windows taskbar but also to resize it and change / size the quick launch bars appropriately?
For instance, in dual monitor I would like to have the start menu, media player, the address bar, a quick launch bar, sysTray, clock, etc all on a single bar with an UltraMon Smart TaskBar running on top... but in single monitor/laptop mode I would rather have a dual Windows taskbar with many of the extras (address bar, media player, etc) removed to save space.
I've found it difficult to manually reorganize the layout when changing, thus I've given up on many of the cutomization features I'd like to use. Maybe v3?
Thanks, Chad

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll consider it for UltraMon 3. I'm not sure though if this is actually possible.

is it possible to have the START menu (taskbar) on monitor 1 and the "systray" (taskbar) on monitor 2? or do the START menu and systray need to be on the same taskbar?

That's not supported, UltraMon can't stretch the Windows taskbar, which contains both the start menu and system tray, across multiple monitors.

Will there ever be a feature to put the taskbar onto the 2nd monitor on the smart taskbar?

Not via UltraMon, but you can move the Windows taskbar manually.
To do this, grab a free area on the taskbar, and drag it to the desired monitor with the mouse.
Once the Windows taskbar has been moved, grab the bottom-right corner of the UltraMon taskbar which is on the same monitor, and move it to the other monitor.
Then right-click the UltraMon taskbar, and adjust 'Show Tasks from' so that the taskbar shows tasks from the monitor it is on.
