I've had this problem before.
Firefox just keeps loading in wrong monitor. I've told ultramon to load in the one i want. But it still is loading on the other. I've done everything, even expanded and de expanded it as that used to work. It's just sticking in one screen.

Unfortunately I can't reproduce this issue, works fine for me.
I tested with UltraMon 2.5, Firefox 1.0.2, and Windows XP SP2.
After setting a position for the application via the UltraMon - Window tab, the Firefox window gets moved to the correct monitor by UltraMon if necessary.

Just put the window in Restore position and move it to the other monitor. Then close and restart FF. This should solve the problem.

I faced the same issue once.
You've got to un-maximize the firefox window, drag it to the screen you want it to appear on and then close the window.
If you restart firefox, it appears on your desired screen if you maximize it again, it will appear maximized on your desired monitor.
So, I guess this is what Bart was telling us about as well.
Cheers, Rein

Awesome, this has bugged me for like a week!
Thanks for the tip on restoring the window, and closing it on the desired monitor. Now I know the proper behaviour of firefox.
Much appreciated!!

FWIW, I have the same problem with Firefox and NVidia's own dual monitor utility.
As soon as I send FF to the second monitor then it always opens there. I then have to prerform the same sequence of steps described above to make it start opening in the primary monitor again.
