I like to use IE in full screen mode, when I hit F11 and go to full screen, the Ultramon buttons disappear...making Ultramon unuseable in the full screen mode.
Is there anything I can do to be able to use Full Screen AND Ultramon at the same time?

You could use an UltraMon hotkey to move the fullscreen IE window to a different monitor.
To do this, go to UltraMon Options > Hotkeys and create a new Move Window hotkey.
Alternatively, you could also move the mouse to the screen edge with the taskbar, this will cause the taskbar to get shown, and you can then right-click the task button and move the window via the Move to Monitor menu command.
