Please try if disabling UltraMon menu commands for Captivate fixes the problem, this is the most common cause of compatibility issues.
To do this, go to UltraMon Options > Window Menu, and add the executable for the application to the exclude list.
If this fixes the problem, please post the name of the executable and I'll disable menu commands for this application by default in the next release.
