im having the same problem, when i drag icons to the secondary, they shift back to teh primary as close to the secondary as they can get. it works on teh secondary when auto arrange and alighn to grid are turned off but these are features i would prefer to have.

Unfortunately I don't know what would cause this, moving icons to secondary monitors should also work with auto arrange and align to grid enabled.
The icons should get positioned in the top-right corner of the secondary monitor.
Please note that this is not an issue with UltraMon, desktop icon drag & drop is handled by Windows.
