I recently (today) got a duel monitor setup and recently (few hours ago) got ultramon. I have everything to my liking except my start bar is on the wrong monitor (I have a bar on both). I have tried moving it to the other but then the aplications are crossed( internet is on left bar, opens in right). So how do I fix this to were the start bar is on the correct monitor and the aplications are not crossed.

The problem is most likely that the UltraMon taskbar is still showing tasks from the original monitor.
To fix this, right-click the UltraMon taskbar, then adjust the 'Show Tasks from' setting.
