You should only get this once after installation, maybe UltraMon can't save the setting in the registry.
Please run regedit.exe, then right-click the registry key 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Realtime Soft\UltraMon', select Permissions from the menu and make sure you have Full Control over the registry key.
To manually disable the welcome message, set the 'First Run' value under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Realtime Soft\UltraMon to 0.
