Since I migrated to a new windows xp logon (so that I can logon to our new corp domain) and re-installed UM for this logon, my open windows are re-sizing to about 60% size, moving to the left monitor, and "sort of" tiling (not exactly). Seems to happen when I'm away from the computer for a bit, and screen saver has come on (no shut down, standby, or hibernate).
Very irritating. any thoughts?

I have no idea what would cause this, seems very odd.
Some things you could try:
- if password protection is enabled for the screen saver, try if disabling it makes any difference
- disable the screen saver in Windows Display Properties > Screen Saver
