I'm running a laptop using the laptop's 15" display and a flatscreen 17" monitor (as the primary display). When I run Microsoft Virtual PC and attempt to view it in Full Screen Mode, UltraMon does an excellent job at handling this. However, when I give the "host" computer control of the mouse again, and click anything on the primary display, both monitors momentarily turn off and then come back on with VPC restored to a normal window which is now transparent (I see the wallpaper). No other applications are affected.
I've done some reading through the forums, and it appears that many people have issues when trying to game in full screen mode. Is this related, or is there a workaround to prevent this action?
Hopefully we can figure this out! Clinton V. Weiss

That's most likely an issue with Virtual PC, my guess would be you'll have the same problem without UltraMon running. You can close UltraMon via the UltraMon system tray menu.
I couldn't reproduce the issue you mentioned, but noticed a similar bug (occurred with and without UltraMon running): with Virtual PC in fullscreen mode, clicking on a window on a different monitor caused an empty black window to get opened in place of the VPC window.
I tested with Virtual PC 2004 on Windows XP SP1, both with and without UltraMon 2.5 running.

I tried it without UltraMon running, and had the same problems. Without UltraMon I get the black screen that you mentioned.
This must be a problem with Virtual PC.
