I have a HydraIRC shortcut that moves it to monitor two when its started. It does a bunch of hopping back and forth, and I have to click the taskbar buttons on monitor 1 a couple times then the button moves to monitor 2, in which I have to press the button two more times to see my window.
Its no big deal, but it'd be nice to see happen easy.
Just a program-specific thing..

Thanks for the report, I've been able to reproduce the issue.
What works fine though is Last Used Position, to configure this go to the UltraMon - Window tab, then set Show to Last Used Position instead of Normal or Maximized.
When launching the shortcut for the first time, move the application to the desired monitor and close it. The next time, the application will get moved to the last used monitor automatically.
