Iv'e closed my taskbar on one of my monitors and I cant get it back!!! what do I do?

Ok, I figured that out (duh!!!)
But now one of my task bars on my third monitor isnt there!!! how do I get it back?
Iv'e triend turning the smart task bar on and off and Iv'e looked on each side and its not there!!!

To add a taskbar for a monitor, right-click a free area on an existing UltraMon taskbar, then select 'Add Taskbar for' from the menu and select the monitor to which you want to add a taskbar.
