Would it be possible to add an option to the next release to not display an Ultramon systemtray icon?
Loads of icons are already filling up my system tray and I never realy use the UltraMon icon. I know this might cause problems if ultramon does need to be accessed for some reason but than again it's at people's own risk to remove it. ;-)
To get around this problem two icons could be displayed in the start menu, one like the default now and one lauching UltraMon with the options displayed right away to change the setting to be able to enable the systemtray icon again.

Or you might think of a better solution af course ;-)

This will be considered for UltraMon 3, with an option to disable the tray icon and an alternative way to access UltraMon options/features.

The current version of UltraMon does support removing the tray icon, but only for non-administrative users on Windows 2000/XP. Once the tray icon has been disabled, you would then need to run UltraMon as an administrator in order to access options etc.

For more on this setting, see Configuration: advanced registry settings on the support page.
